Non-contact type sensor is preferable to contact type sensor because it damages a seal. Competitor’s fiber sensor is used which detection is unstable. Also installation and fine adjustment are difficult

Panasonic/Sunx FX-411 FR-KZ21E
Fiber Sensor FR-KZ21E which is suitable for transparent sheet detection, is used. Jig is prepared by the user. Set 100mm away from transparent sheet.
Stable detection of transparent object FR-KZ21E has its own optical system and shows great sensing performance when detecting transparent object in a short distance. An exclusive reflectorRF-003 is used to stably detect transparent seal on the transparent board.
Side Sensing Type
FR-KZ21E is a side sensing type sensor and jigs can be compactly built, which user prepares.
Easy Adjustment FX-411 requires a screwdriver to fine adjust. Also digital dual display enables simultaneous checking of both threshold value and current value, so that setting and adjustment is easy.
